LHJ VISUALS LLC POLICY AND AGREEMENTS
- At the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. (Your session deposit can be made in the form of Cash or Zelle)
*A CONSULTATION IS ALSO MANDATORY*
- Appointments made without deposit may not be honored and are subject to cancellation, payment of the deposit acts as an agreement to all of the LHJ Visuals LLC policies
- Collaborations/Creative Endeavors booked with no monetary gain (Free work) give LHJ Visuals LLC ALL rights to photos taken and can be used however/whenever he see’s fit.
- Sessions must be paid in full prior to shoot date or immediately after the shoot via cash, invoice, tap pay, or Zelle. Checks are not accepted.
- An additional $25 surcharge will be added on all sessions where client is beyond 15 minutes late. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client late arrivals. If a client is 30 minutes late, the shoot is automatically cancelled, unless notified or agreed upon prior.
- Rescheduling is allowed one time at no cost if notified at least 48 hours before your scheduled session
studio sessions: A $45 rescheduling fee applies to any date change, regardless of notice
Non-studio sessions: one reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. any reschedules made less than 48 hours before the session will incur a $45 fee..
- You cannot reschedule the day of the shoot. This is counted as a cancellation, unless agreed prior.
- Clients who are unable to attend their scheduled session MUST provide at least one week’s notice. This allows the option of 50% refund or a credit toward a future session.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable and will require a new booking. IN the event that the full payment was sent prior to the shoot and the client is looking to cancel the shoot, they are guaranteed 50% back of the total amount paid upon cancellation. (Unless this payment was one transaction made in the form of the deposit, then it is non-refundable as stated)
When booking with “LHJ Visuals LLC” this means that you understand and agree to the following:
- Client will obtain all permissions necessary for photographer to photograph at the shoot. Photographer has no duty to obtain or make reservations of reception centers, libraries, churches, buildings, properties, or other locations to operate. The client understands and agrees that any failure to obtain these permissions resulting in fines to photographer, or which prevent photographer from photographing the shoot(s) is not the fault, liability, or responsibility of photographer.
- Client may display delivered images on their own personal websites, social media and physical portfolio only in a finished or agreed upon form between them and the photographer.
- Photographer may display any images from the shoot on their own personal websites and/or social media and physical portfolio only in finished form. All images must give photo credit to the model.
- Photos will be delivered via pixieset within 72 hours of recent shoot. Client will make selection of photos to be retouched and can download photos via pixieset link. This link will stay active for 14 days after retouched photos have been uploaded to your temporary personal gallery. the link will disappear after the 14 days. If I have to re-upload the gallery there is a $20 service charge.
- Turnaround time may vary depending on the volume of business experienced at the time images are being edited. Normal turnaround time for edited images are 5-7 business days from when the date the client selects images to be edited.
This excludes holidays and weekends.
Though it usually will not take this long, reserve your shoot 1-2 weeks in advance to guarantee timely delivery.
24-72 hour turn around for speedy edits will be subject to a $100 fee.
